Isaac has lived in the Spokane area most of his life and has been a REALTOR for the last 16 years. In 2020 he founded Heart and Homes Northwest and formed a partnership with another local realtor, Brian Monk, later that year. Today the team is the top producing team in Pend Oreille County. Aside from selling real estate, Isaac is active in his community and is on the board of two local non-profits. He, his wife Beth, and their two children live in Chattaroy, Washington.
