This means you can count on me. I do what I say within the time required. You can expect that as your representative; all the bases will be covered, and every detail thoroughly handled to your satisfaction. While I occasionally need a little sleep, the tasks necessary from start to finish will be prioritized to ensure everything is done regardless of normal business hours.

Let me introduce myself.

I love Spokane, WA and have chosen to make it my home! If you already live here, you know what I’m talking about – four beautiful distinct seasons, spectacular geography, amazing opportunities, and friendly people! If you’re considering moving to the Spokane area, you are on the right track – you won’t be disappointed.

Originally a New Yorker, and later a Texan, I turned Washingtonian when I moved to Spokane, in 1996 with my four (now adult) children who have collectively given me eight beautiful grandchildren. My husband, Rob, is a born and raised native of Washington State and is a small business owner in Spokane since 1986. Rob and I are avid Harley riders, we love the outdoors and traveling.

A variety of past experience has shaped the unique skillset I bring to real estate. I’ve had previous careers in criminal justice (Texas) and was a licensed insurance agent (Washington). I have an Associate of Arts degree (San Antonio, Texas) and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Eastern Washington University) with specialization in criminal justice. I am also multi-lingual in Spanish, “rusty” sign language, and “rusty” French.

We began acquiring our own real estate investments and it just made sense that my next career option had to be real estate. Being an altruistic “people person”, and discovering the positive, upbeat, energetic dynamics in the industry becoming a Realtor was a no-brainer. This venue to help others and live well while having fun has, for me, redefined the meaning of “work”.

A graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI designation) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, I invest time in educating myself to bring the highest degree of confidence and know-how to the table. I am a Certified Distressed Property expert and a Certified Residential Specialist as well. I am consistently in the top ten for sales production in the MLS.

In 2015, I added Hawaii to my repertoire. I maintain a Hawaii Real Estate license as a Broker and travel back and forth as needed. I’d love to help you with your Hawaii real estate needs as well. Very soon, I will also be licensed in Idaho.

On August 1st, 2019 with the encouragement and support of my family, team, and clients, I started my own firm.
